SRA's training programs are both need-based and interest-based. External training programs on both technical skills, and behavioral & management development programs are arranged in regular intervals.

The training areas include programming languages, good programming practices, testing methodologies, RDBMS concepts, web development and related technical fields. Training in team management, time management, communication skill development and so on are also being provided.

In keeping with the Company's quality standards, all the employees are familiarized with SRA's quality process and documentation methods.
