At the major conference for our industry, the International Test Conference, held earlier we were able to do something I don't think has ever before been accomplished in this industry:

We handed over the mouse and keyboard to customers and let them run tests on our system. They were able to do so without training due to the intuitive user interface that you developed. Even more important, the systems did not break. We did not have to re-boot and no one was able to bring the system down.

As a result of this performance we are now able to alter the presentation of our company to feature our software as a key differentiator for products. We still have a great deal to accomplish with the development of all the user tools and extensions to support the 3M25 and other new systems but, thanks to your contributions, we have a stable base to build on that represents the future of test for the entire industry.

Franklin Templeton Investments has been using SRA's DMS framework in India for a few years now and found this system to be effective for our document management requirements.

The solution enables us to clear three thousand documents per day, each consisting of 2 pages on an average. Archival support is provided for DVDs and RAID. We are able to maintain a smooth run with very minimal backlog. The system supports the veritas clustering tool to enable disaster recovery management, which is implemented in our Hyderabad office.

The system also provides facilities for archival, ensures data integrity, supports replication. Moreover, the system has been flexible and scalable to meet our increasing volumes till now.

We are satisfied with the quality of work and responsiveness to our changing requirements and hence we would recommend SRA Systems with respect to imaging & document management solutions.
