SRA's value-added components development for
a renowned software products & services provider
The client is a leading provider of software products
& services, based in the West Coast of US. SRA
was involved in value-added components development for
their client-server application and also acted as a
QA house for the client.
The Team XTend model proved its supremacy in the development
of the product and delivery of the QA services to
the
client. The agreement was for SRA to provide QA services
on a T&M basis for a period of one year. Later
on, the period was extended since the client was
immensely
pleased with SRA's performance.
Client's QA team was able to execute only 30% of test
cases for a release. The firepower of Team XTend model
enabled the test case execution to rise to 60%. The
client was able to release its major version of the
product to the market as SRA provided the beta site
support.
SRA utilizing its Team XTend model, ramped up its technical
resources during the critical phases of the product
co-development process. A Project Manager led the team
and took care of day-to-day tasks and status communication
and handled overall project monitoring.
