  QA & Testing services to CA based software product house
  The client is a software product house that is based in Palo Alto, CA and has received many patents in the area of Application streaming. SRA has been chosen to partner with the client for QA work.

SRA has provided QA services on a T&M basis for a specific period. The client provided Software technology transfer through an onsite training program for two of the Engineering team members of SRA, for a month. After this, the client made regular releases for SRA, assigned test cases to be executed by SRA's QA team.

  SRA provided the following support to the client:
 
  • Obtain Knowledge transfer via onsite training
  • Setup a QA lab at SRA's Offshore Development Center
  • Create a test plan & schedule (based on a release cycle)
  • Test the product for each release based on test cases assigned to SRA
  • Record Test Incidents in Bug Database of the client (PVCS)
  • Verify and Close the Fixed bugs in the subsequent release
  • Provide Project Metrics and Project monitoring information periodically
  • Manage and operate a beta test site at SRA
