client manufactures Test Equipment systems and related
software. The company is headquartered in San Jose, CA.
SRA Systems was selected by the client to function as
their software engineering arm. SRA worked closely with
the client and was involved in the following tasks: |

- Product Development - involving frameworks, device
drivers and tools
- Product Maintenance - Installation and Support

rendered to the client include Load Board design and
test script development for Semiconductor testing equipment.
SRA assisted the client in understanding this domain,
recruiting and cross-training employees. |

The application is used in Automated Test
- Equipment to test IC chips in fabs and test houses
- Development of a wafer map analyzing GUI interaction
with the Diebonder equipment, to set up and automate
the process of wafer analyzing. This product has an
easy-to-use interface with an intuitive GUI
- Development of an Instrument Layer integrated with
the client's tester operating system. It supports
the actual hardware and emulators
- Device Drivers to support the client's Automatic
Test Equipment
