A fully object oriented, scalable system was developed
for the client with features that included data export
& import to ERP systems like JDEdward etc. The new
application was completely integrated property management
system for the multifamily industry.
The application multi-tiered architecture enables the
presentation; business logic and data elements of applications
to be cleanly separated and run on different systems
connected by the network. Further, it enables data security
by brokering access to data solely through secure business
components.
It has nine distinct product centers each dedicated
to a specific business process. These product centers
provide a comprehensive suite of eBusiness and browser-based
tools that fully automate important property management
functions.
