The client is a leading credit information services
company in the US, which maintains consumer credit history
Information. The client used a legacy application, which
provided users the ability to request, view and edit
merged credit reports on the client's Mortgage Services
Gateway System.
This was replaced by a web-based information system,
which has workflow management solution to track and
know the status of the order. The new system also has
standard audit and security features, including change
logs, time stamps and user id stamps.
Using the workflow management framework, the new system
allows the client offices to manage work better and
determine the status of a request and where the request
is in the office. Different products, processes and
offices needed different workflows that were also defined.
SRA-WMS combined with Document Management System was
used for implementing workflow. Work movement is based
on various events defined in the workflows. SRA-WMS'
easy-to-configure, user-friendly workflow enabling solution
was integrated with the client's application to enhance
the efficiency of the business processes by systemizing
processes, establishing accountability and optimally
distributing workloads.
Orders pass through different stages and Users assigned
with different roles access work in these stages. The
workflow requirements include access control, automatic
allocation, tracking order status, monitoring user performances
and activity reports generation. SRA-WMS does all these
workflow management tasks.
