SRA provides Order Entry Solution to a renowned Training Institution that offers specialized services to the financial industry

The client is an IL based Corporation, providing innovative education and compliance solutions to the financial services industry. SRA developed an Order Entry System for the client, which includes design and architecting the solution using .Net framework.

The application had the following high-level functional requirements:

Order Entry with or without affecting inventory
Customer add/maintenance through the Order Entry screens
Current pricing and discounting models
Source code or promotional pricing and discounting
Online inventory level notification
Automatic product replacement of replaced products
Credit memo/return functionality
Dynamic assignment of selling entity as opposed to determining seller by customer type

Additional processing required was also developed for the client like freight, sales tax, sales rep assignment and online credit card authorization. Entry screens were designed to add orders and customers directly to relevant database tables.
