  • Scanner operators and the indexing personnel were perennially overloaded.

  • Paper documents were scanned through SRA's DMS tool.
  • Scanned images were immediately indexed and stored for retrieval.
  • The indexed documents were available for viewing by personnel of various departments.

To securely archive the documents received (approximately 4000 documents per month having at most 10 pages per document) from various locations.

  • Incoming documents were digitized and then indexed based on the document type.
  • Documents were easily retrieved based on keywords, Customer Identification Number, etc.
  • Integrated with existing databases like trading and deposit repository was made easy with the help of PROOF-DMS’s modular and open-ended design.
