The client (Mid-west based) is one of the largest
providers of insurance, lending and marketing products
to financial institutions. SRA provided them a data
warehousing solution with the tools to analyze lender-level
information for premium driven products, make timely
fee and commission decisions to maximize profits,
reduce
losses, and lessen the stress over claims denials.
Data warehouse includes user-friendly query and reporting
tools, user interfaces to update specified data and
programs to automatically load external source data
files on a monthly basis into the data marts. SRA's
system fulfilled the requirements of the concern with
the help of 4 modules: Import, Maintenance, Security
and Reports.
Onsite presence of SRA's technical personnel helped
in timely requirements clarification and co-ordination
between the client's personnel and the offshore team.
24-hour development cycle was used to leverage the time
difference between the US and India.
Real-time project visibility was offered to the client
personnel by providing web access to 'ProcessMate',
SRA's application that manages developers and the process
of development. The key benefit of ProcessMate is enabling
the delivery of services and solutions that closely
match client expectations in terms of desired functionality,
time of implementation and quality.
