SRA's Approach

SRA studied the “As-is” process and presented to the client for validation. Once the understanding was validated, “To-be” processes were discussed, gaps identified and approved for individual markets. After the analysis phase, SRA’s PROOF was modeled and rolled out for Asia Pacific region and tested for acceptance. On successful acceptance, other market roll-out followed.
