Enables the client to discuss on documents displayed on the portal where multiple users could participate in the discussions on a document.
Document Search
Enables to search for documents based on authors, profiles, date created and modified and also to search for expert articles.
Subscription
Helps in subscribing to messages posted to topics in
Online Forums. Since all subscriptions are managed within
a single Dashboard, deletion of a subscription is possible.
Announcements
The ADMIN feature decides on a list of announcers who have the access rights to post announcements.
User Management
Provides access to browser-based support for managing users, assigning users as document authors, document readers or KM co-coordinators, content creators and content approvers.
Back up & Restore
Graphical User Iinterface for backing up content and
documents. Restoring a previously taken backup and scheduling
a backup are also possible.
Experts
This feature enables administrators to define expert categories and also define a set of people as experts under those categories.
